Another week and another worry about what we can eat! It’s impossible to avoid the trend for “clean” eating due to the number of celebrities and wanna-be bloggers harping on about it!

Sugar free this, raw that and naked the other!

We all know we need to be mindful of what we eat, but this is taking your daily diet to a new and ridiculous level.

Orthorexia (an obsession with eating foods that one considers healthy) is the latest eating disorder to surface because of this trend. Banning processed and refined food groups and even cutting out whole food groups such as carbohydrates can be dangerous when taken to the extreme. It can even lead to malnutrition, yes you will lose weight but this is not the healthy way to do it.

Common sense often goes out of the window and we want a quick fix by setting ourself unrealistic dietary goals we cannot stick to or achieve. Cutting out nearly everything in the quest to get control back is not the way forward. A structured plan and knowing what you can eat and when is the most effective way for the overwhelming majority of people. I am one of them.

This is why I love Weight to Go so much. It is a quick way to get control back, but in a safe and healthy way.

Nothing is banned and nothing is forbidden, even within the programme. The plan will work with you and your life style. Whether you follow it for a full seven days a week, do the five on two off or just use for one day a week for maintenance you can rest assured you are getting all the essential vitamins and nutrients you need.

You only have to see the success stories to see that this programme works. You could be one of them.

We love to hear from you and receive your before and after photos. It makes us all very happy to know that we are able to play a part in helping you achieve your goals and become a happier, more confident you!

Wishing you much success!
