Why choose Weight to Go?- Complete meal replacement. Everything you need is in the box, all you have to do is eat and enjoy. We recommend that you add a portion of fruit and a portion of veg which, together with the 3 portions provided in the soups and meals, will take you to your 5 a day.
- No calorie counting. The calories have been counted for you and add up to only 850 per day (including the additional fruit and veg) so you lose weight quickly, whatever your starting weight
