“I am really impressed so far- hadn’t realised just how much too much I was eating, and have also enjoyed everything I have ordered – the best meals so far are the pasta and meatballs – far too nice for diet food. The bars are also yummy. So far I have lost about 6lbs - still loads to go, but I am determined to persevere. Thanks for producing such an enjoyable range of food!”

“My sister and I are returning customers. In May 2006 we both lost well over a stone with Weight to Go and were very happy. Each year a bit of weight crept back on and back we went on the shakes and dinners and lost it. Again this year we are back on the diet and have just completed our first week. I've lost 4 lbs and my sister has lost 5lbs. Not bad for 2 pensioners is it! This is the only programme that consistently works for us. I am diabetic and my sister has MS but this keeps us fit and well and certainly full of energy. Thanks Dr Ashton, you're our secret weapon x”

“Day 10 and I’ve lost 9lb so far. I just have to say how impressed I am at the flavour of the food. This diet is so easy to follow and actually makes life easier not harder like so many other diets. I have tried other meal replacement diets but once started eating normal food again put all the weight back on. This is the only diet I have tried that actually educates you to eat smaller portions. I have started swimming 2-3 times a week, and have more energy now then I ever had before. Good luck to anyone starting this diet, it really does work!”

"I have only just started my diet but is going well and so far I have enjoyed all the food. I love the soups, they are so thick. I ordered a 4 week box on Wednesday…my food was delivered on Friday... I started the diet on Saturday… weighed myself on Monday and lost 3 lbs. Amazing!!"

“Weight to Go is definitely the best diet I have been on. I was only slightly overweight and wanted to drop a dress size, but I have dropped to a size 10 in just 4 weeks and not feeling starved the whole time! The meals are surprisingly delicious, especially the Chilli Con Carne. I like the fact you can order your own choice as well, which I will do next time.”

“I suffer badly from an underactive thyroid, and I was always athletic and about a size ten. I had a bad flare up of my condition in 1998 and that's when I gained the weight and got up to a size 22. The way people treated me was awful.

One of the best things about the diet is that I'm rarely hungry. The other great thing is that I work in a number of locations, so as long as I can get to a microwave, I can have the easy soup lunch. God send! I tell loads of people at the gym about the diet - or meal plan as I call it - and will continue to do so.

I'm very impressed! and I imagine that I will be re-visiting the diet after holidays, etc in the future, when those few pounds find their way to my hips!”

"I have just finished my first week and have lost 7lb; brilliant but I have a long way to go. I have really enjoyed the food and have hardly felt hungry at all. I have added in extra fruit and veg, generally having 5 portions a day and yet still lost the 7lb. I also had one lunch out with girlfriends. Well worth the money!"

"I have been on the Weekend Off diet now for 2 weeks tomorrow. In the first 5 days I lost 4 lbs which was fabulous! Weight loss now is 11 lbs so I am on track for the stone I want to lose before my 4 week holiday.

I just want to say how delighted I am with Weight to Go. I have used a competitor's brand before which was great but quite expensive so was quite apprehensive with shakes (which I normally find too sweet and sickly) packet soups (normally thin and small portions) and ready meals (processed and slimy). Yours were delicious!! Like homemade and with no junk added. Shakes were moorish and soups thick and like a meal in themselves. The dinners are all delicious too (my husband's mouth was watering when I was serving it up). I just added lots of vegetables. I probably would have lost more but I had a few lunches to go to - I did my best with the menu...

I have lots of lady clients and have told at least a dozen how great this diet is - one woman is switching from a VLCD powdered diet as I showed her the meals and she realised that losing weight does not mean she has to be on shakes/soups/horrible bars for months!!

This does not feel like a diet at all and I cannot believe that I never heard of you before! Once again, thanks."

"I recently received my first ever pack from you (bought the four week box) and whilst I am only on day 4 I just wanted to say that I can't believe how tasty the food is! So far I can honestly say there is nothing I don't like and it really takes the effort out of dieting! Brilliant - worth every penny :)"

"I have tried other diets and managed to lose 3 stone but have put some of it back on. I really just need to lose about 1.5 - 2.0 stone and thought it would be nice to try something where you actually eat food!! and can have a bit more freedom at the weekends. I started Weight to Go on 1st March and have lost 10lbs so far which I am really happy with. I find that eating real food that only takes a few minutes to prepare makes sticking to the food plan much easier and I never feel hungry or deprived. I shall be placing my next order soon".
