Maintenance diet plan (Swap 1 / day): If you just want to keep your calories in check so you don't regain any weight lost, our Maintenance plan is ideal. Every day you simply swap one of your normal meals for a diet shake.
Flexi diet plan (Swap 3 / day): If you want to lose more weight more quickly but want to keep some flexibility in the food you cook, the Flexi plan could work for you. Every day you swap 3 of your meals for a protein shake and add a healthy meal of your choice.
