Week 1 and results are happening Print

'I thought I would start to write this blog for all the people like me that wants to diet and find every diet you try either too boring, or they do not fit into your lifestyle.

I saw this diet on the internet and thought “yeah right, I bet the food doesn’t taste like the people say and I bet it doesn’t work” but after making a few phone calls and doing a little bit of research I thought, hey why not give it a go! So I ordered a 2 week pack to give it a try.

Well it is now end of week 1 and WOW I have lost 10lbs yes a whole 10lbs ( I can’t stop going to the scales today) and the food is wonderful, its tasty and filling, in fact I find it really difficult to eat everything I am meant to. I do not normally have sugar and I find the shakes sweet but they tell you how to change that, if you love McDonalds shakes you will love these. My husband tries a spoonful of my dinner every night to see what it tastes like and he loves it too, I guess I am going to have to hide my dinners!

I bet you are also thinking “she must have spent hours in the gym, well wrong, with work commitments its hard to attend a gym, in fact the only exercise I have done all week is take the dog down the park for an hour on my day off.

I am just starting my 2nd week, and have already taken delivery of my next order for 5 weeks; this is one diet I am enjoying.'

Hi Jane

Thanks you for your telephone call today. Yes I received the pack very promptly indeed and started the diet on Monday. The food is surprisingly filling and tasty. Not too keen on the chocolate shake. Very sweet. Had both the Pea and Ham and Mediterrean Soups which were very nice, in particular the Pea and Ham. Had mutton stew last night and looking forward to Cumberland Meatballs tonight. I have to say that I have not felt hungry which is a miracle!!
 
Hopefully things will be ok and as the weeks roll on the pounds roll off!!
