 Oaty Hot Chocolate

Add your chocolate and 1/2 porridge sachet to 230ml of boiled water and blend as normal (preferably with a jug or stick blender). Leave to stand for a minute or two and blend again. Enjoy with a Weight to Go cookie for a truly indulgent treat.

 Cinnamon Latte

  • 1 vanilla shake sachet
  • 200 ml recently boiled water
  • ½ tsp instant coffee
  • Cinnamon (to taste)

 

Combine your vanilla sachet, coffee and 200ml of boiled water together and blend as normal (preferably with a jug or stick blender). Leave to stand for a minute or two and blend again. Dust the top with a generous helping of cinnamon and enjoy.

 Gingernilla Shake

  • 1 vanilla shake sachet
  • 200 ml recently boiled water
  • ½ - 1 tsp ground ginger (depending how spicy you like it!)

 

Combine your vanilla sachet, ground ginger and 200ml of boiled water together and blend as normal (preferably with a jug or stick blender). Leave to stand for a minute or two and blend again. Dust the top with a little ginger and enjoy.

Coconut Chocolate Coffee Smoothie

Place all the ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth. Top with coconut flakes.

Put the water into a blender and add the shake sachet and orange juice/essence. Crush snack bar into bowl and pour shake contents on top. Chill until firm consistency. Serve with fresh orange segments.

 

 Pina Colada Power Shake

Add your Vanilla sachet, water/milk/yogurt (whatever you prefer), the coconut protein shake and start your blender on the low setting (preferably with a jug or stick blender). With the blender running remove the filler cup and add the pineapple chunks, drop in 4 ice cubes and once you are happy that the ice cubes are blended, turn up your blender to a high setting for about 10 seconds. Pour and garnish with a pineapple piece and a sprinkle of coconut. Put your feet up and enjoy!

 Mocha Breakfast Shake

 

Coconut Raspberry Chia Smoothie
 
  • 1 chocolate shake sachet
  • 12oz cold black coffee
  • 1 frozen banana
  • handful of walnuts
  • 1 cup of ice

 

Put everything into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve with flaked dark chocolate garnish of coffee beans. The high level of protein in this smoothie will help you recover after a workout, hold you over between meals and satisfy a sweet craving.

 Coconut Banana Daiquiri

The first thing you need to do is melt 400 grams dark chocolate slowly then brush the chocolate egg mold with it and place it in the freezer until it becomes hard. In a blender mix 100ml water and the chocolate protein shake then blend well until smooth then let it cool. Once it becomes cool, pour the mixture into the chocolate eggshell and place it back in the freezer until hard. Enjoy!

  • 1 coconut shake sachet
  • 4-6 ice cubes
  • 260mls cold water
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1tsp. chia seeds
  • Flaked coconut to garnish

 

Put the water into a blender and add the shake sachet. Add the ice cubes, raspberries and chia seeds and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve with flaked coconut garnish. This is a Weight to Go favourite - smoothies don't come any better than this! 

 

 

 Strawberry and Banana Smoothie

  • 1 vanilla shake sachet
  • 4-6 ice cubes
  • 160-180mls cold water
  • 5 ripe fresh strawberries
  • ½ small banana cut into chunks
  • Sprig of fresh mint

 

Put the water into a blender and add the shake sachet. Add the ice cubes, strawberries and banana and blend for 30-60 seconds. Pour into a tall glass and serve with a sprig of mint. This is a Weight to Go favourite - smoothies don't come any better than this! 
 

 Bounty Vanilla Cream

  • 1 vanilla shake sachet
  • 80 ml water
  • 6-8 ice cubes
  • 4-5 drops coconut essence
  • Grated nutmeg
  • Fresh pineapple

 

Put the water into a blender and add the shake sachet. Add the ice cubes and coconut essence. Pour the mixture into a shallow bowl and freeze for 30 minutes. Grate a little fresh nutmeg on the top and serve with fresh pineapple slices. 

 

Chocolate and Mint Smoothie

  • 1 chocolate shake sachet
  • 160-180 mls water
  • 4-6 ice cubes
  • 4-5 drops of mint essence
  • Fresh mint
  • Fresh peach cut into slices

 

Blend the shake as above adding the mint essence carefully. Pour into a tall glass and drink on its own or reduce the water and make a thicker shake to use as a topping over slices of fresh peach.

 

Gooey Chocolate Pudding


Gooey chocolate pudding
 
  • 1 chocolate shake sachet
  • 75 mls recently boiled water
  • 1 tablet sweetener (granular will work too)
  • 1/4 tsp sodium bicarbonate (to help the pudding rise)

 

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Spray the inside of a ramekin with 1 calorie spray, this will ensure your chocolate pudding doesn't stick. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and beat them together firmly with a whisk. Scrape into your oiled ramekin and put in the oven for 9 minutes. It'll rise in the oven and look amazing!

N.B All fresh fruit can be substituted with frozen or tinned fruit (in its own juice, not fruit in syrup). Fruits that freeze well are raspberries, blackberries and blackcurrants. Packets of frozen berries are available at most supermarkets, as are bags of ice if you don’t want to make your own.
