Terms & Conditions of Reward Plans

These are our general business terms and conditions (“Terms”) between Weight to Go Limited (“WTG”) and any person who buys any Reward 1 or Reward 4 product from Weight to Go (“the Customer/you”). Please read them carefully.

Reward 1 Plan

• Place just one order and subsequent orders are automatically charged and shipped every week unless you cancel (there is no minimum contract requirement and no penalty for cancellation)
• Make 4 consecutive purchases of a 1 week box and we’ll send you a 5^th week completely free, and not just once, we’ll send every 5^th week FREE
• The free box will be sent with the qualifying shipment ie week 5 will be shipped free of charge with week 4 
• You will be sent an e-mail reminder before your next order is shipped with a link to change the details of your next shipment online. You can change the delivery address, your box contents or delay your shipment by up to 28 days. There is no charge to make any changes
• Your shipment date cannot be delayed by more than 28 days. If you require a shipment date beyond 28 days you will need to cancel shipments under the current Reward order and place a new order when you are ready to recommence your diet (please note this will affect your entitlement to the free week)
• Your next order will only be shipped when payment is successfully processed
• If you cancel your order before payment of the fourth box, you will forfeit the benefit of a free week
• For all orders outside of mainland UK, additional shipping charges may apply and will vary
• Any discount codes applied to a Reward 1 order will apply to the first shipment only and do not affect subsequent shipments
• Discount codes associated with Reward Plans are restricted to one use per person, per offer and can only be redeemed against the qualifying Reward Plan
